Perspectives create diversity. We break down outdated stereotypes and let female role models from many areas have their say. They report on their career paths, individual strategies and the associated challenges in training and professional life. In this way, we want to increase the visibility of women in all sectors in the long term and sustainably.

This gives pupils the opportunity to ask researchers questions directly and gain an insight into their everyday work. The initiative is part of the BMBWF's "Communicating science and democracy" focus area.

They also talk about the experiences they have had along the way, what made them decide to study mathematics and who supported them.
